RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your purchase it may be exchanged or a credit note will be provided within 14 days of the purchase date.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Please ensure that the item has not been worn, is unwashed and all tags are attached. No garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have makeup/fake tan stains or marks on them will be accepted.

We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• Gift vouchers
• Items marked 'Clearance' or 'Sale'
• Jewellery, Swimwear and Accessories

Due to health regulations we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on Jewellery, Swimwear and Accessories unless the product is deemed faulty or has a manufacturer fault.

Once your return has been received, assessed and approved, we will be in touch with the details of your online credit. Please note that this may take several days to process

Please note that the cost of sending the returns back is the customer's responsibility. We also recommend using a traceable service as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

FAULTY ITEMS

Refund will only be given on faulty garments within 14 days from date of purchase

We will gladly offer you a refund or credit for these items if returned within the 14 day period.

PRE ORDERS

Once your order has been placed you will be required to pay the full amount including postage fees. We are unable to give an exact date of arrival, we can only give you an estimate.

SHIPPING

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer a 'pick up instore' option for those that would like to pick up their purchase from our Thornleigh store. Please select this option in shipping to avoid postage costs.

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

sim&bella uses Australia Post for all our shipping.

Free regular shipping within Australia for all orders over $100 (excluding sale periods)

Orders under $100 will incur a $8.95 regular delivery charge

Express shipping within Australia will incur a $15 delivery charge

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from Thornleigh NSW. Please allow extra time during weekends and public holidays.

Tracking information will be forwarded once the order has been shipped.
